Good enough for short stay.
* the location is not so far from the malioboro street, Vredeburg and keraton Yogyakarta. * plenty of choices for breakfast. Even they have gudeg and jamu as breakfast choices. * we received an upgrade to the grand deluxe room. * all the employees are friendly as I can’t mention the name one by one. * we have bottles of water, free minibar every day as complimentary. * the amenities in the bathroom is very helpful and luxury. * the grand deluxe room quite big… i love it.
* our room 801 is next to the panel room of the house keeping which is from the morning until 00:00 we heard the sound of banging against the wall through the bathroom and it happens everyday the whole day. It’s not the sounds from the rooftop bar ( we never heard any loud from there ). We heard people talking from other room in front of us as Indonesian talking quite loud. The soundproof should be better. * the hotel is quite fancy but in generally have problems with especially limescale in the bathroom. the shower hose, the sink and the natural stone wall also have less shine due to limescale. Very unfortunate for such a beautiful hotel. The entertainment in the hotel is great. They have different music band every evening... wonderful. * they loose the direction stickers telephone in our room which is difficult for me to find which number should i call for reception etc. They should change it before the guest check in. * mostly local who stay in the hotel. Some of them arrogant and some of them have cheap behaviour as they think they have money could do anything. Respect to others especially to the employees very low.
